Looking for a strategy leader who:

  • Has deep experience developing brand platforms and working with creative teams to bring them to life
  • Uncovers insights that drive brands and businesses forward
  • Relentlessly pursues the “why”
  • Takes the complex and makes it simple
  • Has experience being creative and scrappy (especially in research design and execution)
  • Employs the latest research methodologies and works with innovative research partners
  • Uses a variety of secondary research resources (Social listening tools, survey platforms, audience databases)
  • Has experience building and mentoring a team, showing passion for others’ growth
  • Has clients and teammates who love working with you
  • Will keep learning and practicing their craft
  • Brings diversity of thinking
  • Communicates exceptionally well when writing and speaking
  • Laughs often

The Role:

  • Lead the Boston Strategy practice
  • Report to the EVP, Strategy
  • Key member of the A&G Business Development team
  • Member of the senior leadership team
  • Have interests outside of work
