Integrated Producer

The role will require someone who can maintain and strengthen teams within A&G by having excellent communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail as well as keep their eye on the big picture. Someone that is comfortable producing content of every kind including TV, Digital, Social , Print and Radio. The producer will work with creative, media and business leadership  to effectively deliver upon contracted deliverables and client expectations. Creative problem solving is a must! A&G is looking for a new team member who can plan and organize pre-production, production and post production activities in order to complete the schedule on time. This person must be able to work under  pressure for prolonged periods and in close coordination with each and every individual directly or indirectly involved in the production. Knowledge of various production techniques and editing software and other equipment is also mandatory to excel in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the leaders to define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
  • Help keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Clearly communicate project status issues and resolution to clients and internal team
  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedules and budgets
  • Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment 
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years as a producer in an agency environment or directly related experience, including internship experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Demonstrated experience of directing a variety of digital projects, mobile sites and social media
  • Fluent in workflows for online display advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing campaigns
  • Robust knowledge of integrated agency workflows and inter-office operations including finance.
  • Intimate knowledge of agency core disciplines and capabilities, including business leadership, finance, strategy, creative, user experience, interactive design, development, social media, digital technology
  • Prior experience managing external vendors and resources to assist with execution
  • Expertise in financial analysis, data management, and related software
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as 10,000’, Basecamp,
