In Philadelphia, we need a

Design Intern

Answer the call for A&G's spring design internship in Philadelphia! We’re seeking a motivated design intern who’s interested in concepting, collaborating, and learning the ins and outs of agency life. You’d start as soon as possible and be working on real client projects for the majority of the internship. This includes studio work (think resizing, layouts, deck building), helping with branding and social media projects, and helping the full team concept ad campaigns and ‘big picture’ creative ideas. This position is remote (for the time being) and you’d be working with our Philadelphia creative team for 20 hours a week.

Your design chops:

  • Working understanding of digital design (Adobe Suite, Powerpoint for Mac, Google Drive Suite, and Keynote)
  • An interest in Art Direction and Social Media management
  • A willingness to dip your toes in all aspects of creative advertising
  • You’re comfortable and excited to work on design for a variety of clients--think everything from tourism to makeup remover to healthcare to higher ed

You’re our kind of intern if:

  • You have a portfolio or work samples (REQUIRED)
  • You are eager to learn from and collaborate with those around you, and are willing to make the extra effort to do so in a remote environment.
  • You’re a rising college junior, senior, recent college grad, or working towards your masters degree.
  • A comfort with the unknown. Our work is never the same day after day, so you have to be okay with not always knowing what the next day or week will bring. While we try to outline what work will look like for our interns, the very nature of advertising is fast-paced & ever-changing.

If you've already mentally checked a bunch of these boxes, hit that Apply button. Let's see if we're a match.
