Media Operations Assistant

The Allen & Gerritsen media team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join its ranks as a Media Operations Specialist (“MOS”). 


  • Execute and perform quality assurance (QA) on paid media campaign tags within Google DoubleClick Campaigns
  • Ensure brand safety through dashboard monitoring via MOAT Ad Verification, IAB, DoubleVerify etc.
  • Distribute and manage ad tags, URLs, and creative assets with media partners
  • Work closely with project managers (PMs) to create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of project execution
  • Develop and manage internal media documents such as traffic sheets, creative spec sheets, and asset grids
  • Receive basic media buy information from other media team members 
  • Understand measurement plans and KPIs per campaign to troubleshoot any faults in business-critical data collection
  • Ensure agency created data governance policies are adhered to
  • Discuss diagnostic performance results for media campaigns with the analytics team
  • Serve as the primary resource for the analytics team and their reporting questions
  • Ensure ad tags match the established measurement plan
  • Use critical thinking & problem solving skills to resolve ad serving and reporting issues
  • Actualize end-of-period and end-of-campaign media delivery, and reconcile billing with the accounting team
  • Collect and share campaign screenshots and preview links


  • BA / BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital ad trafficking
  • Mastery of Google Campaign Manager (DoubleClick/DCM)
  • Experience with campaign implementation for various media types, such as HTML5 display, rich media, video (VAST / VPAID), custom content etc.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
