  • Lead and inspire project teams by maintaining a positive and calm demeanor.
  • Involve the right people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams, made up potentially of strategists, media, experience architects, analysts, public relations, designers, writers, developers, producers, and editors, helping to evolve project objectives into clear sets of deliverables in a way that balances client requirements with team growth and morale.
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Contribute to meetings and conference calls, ensuring efficient use of time and that the entire team is clear on outcomes, next steps and responsibilities.
  • Possess the ability to sense conflicts before they impact the work and team dynamic, and proactively facilitate conversations to address the issues.
  • Clearly communicate project issues and resolutions to the internal team.
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and agency team advocate.
  • Be passionate about delivering the best work outputs, but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget.
  • Work closely, collaboratively, and fearlessly with teams across both offices
  • Play devil’s advocate, look for red flags, call out potential issues and escalate them when necessary in a cool, calm, and friendly manner
  • Create and own the schedule and details of the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery
  • Help with writing proposals, scopes or work, change order requests, and project documentation
  • Forecast resourcing needs and collaborate with the digital production and project management teams to keep all work across the agency flowing
  • Balance multiple projects of different sizes across various platforms
