Project Management Intern
Responsibilities
- Create project timelines and resource plans for a variety of market segments such as websites, social, video, print, TV, radio, email, and digital
- Support project managers in managing schedules and milestones
- Support team with using our accounting system to open jobs and create estimates
- Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Manage and motivate project teams to promote collaboration and keep members on-task and productive
- Manage agency-wide resource allocation on multiple diverse projects
- Utilize Smartsheets, Basecamp, Webvantage and 10,000ft to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Proofread client decks, RFI, and New Business Pitches
- Attend client meeting and provide meeting minutes
- Identified innovative and automated approaches to routine tasks, making suggestions that were widely received
Requirements
- Previous project management experience is a plus
- Quick learner and exceptional listening skills
- Passion and interest in advertising and digital
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, efficient work ethic
- Strong people skills, relationship management skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients on a daily basis
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
- Proficient knowledge in Google Suite (Docs, Slides and Sheets
