The Employee Experience Associate is the supportive force behind both, handling administrative tasks and providing support to coworkers. The ideal person for the job will be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a people person. The Employee Experience Associate will report directly to the SVP, Talent & Operations. The main goal of this role is two-fold: provide our employees with special moments to enrich the experience of what it means to be an A&G employee and to support our employees, the Talent team, and the CEO with administrative tasks to ensure our employees have the tools and resources needed to perform their best work. In order to give employees those moments and the support required, this role will constantly stay on the edge of how to make work-life integration easier, how to build and foster connections among a geographically dispersed team, and how to foster internal communications so that everyone feels informed and supported. This role will be a vital part of the Talent Team to provide a high level of service to our employees.
