Social Media Content Design Intern
The Social Media Content Design Intern will work with our PR, Creative and Studio teams to develop original content for use on social media for a range of clients. The intern will be part of the collaborative process and get hands-on professional experience working with a team that is invested in creating a learning environment that you enjoy while helping you build a diverse creative portfolio. The role will ideally be based in Boston or Philadelphia for a hybrid in-person/remote model based on comfort level.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Produce creative assets based on brand guidelines for social media channels supporting A&G, national consumer brands and additional clients
- Collaborate with our cross functional Creative, Studio and PR teams
- Brainstorm and develop campaigns and content series
- Use community management tools to upload and schedule content, gain client approvals and measure social analytics
- Identify creative trends and opportunities for brands to engage in cultural conversations that are applicable
- Incorporate creative feedback in a timely manner
- Must be able to resize assets to fit required social platforms
- Maintain digital asset libraries for the agency and our clients
- Preferred but not required skills — photography, animation (GIFs, motion graphics, etc.)

- Have a solid understanding of composition, color, imagery, typography
- Have expert proficiency in the Adobe Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Have experience with Canva, Google Slides and Keynote
- Can execute projects within timing parameters
- You are eager to learn from and collaborate with those around you, and are comfortable doing so in a hybrid or fully remote environment
