Mac Support Engineer

Do you have an aptitude for helping people? Do your friends refer to you as their personal tech genius? Do you believe the power of technology can enrich our lives? Well, we are looking for an engineer, a Mac Support Engineer who will be based out of either our Boston or Philadelphia office locations. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide insightful advice to end users in need 
  • Be the front line point of contact for technology needs
  • Contact and effectively communicate with end users virtually and in-person
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Document and track interactions, requests
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies on the fly and utilizing your technical resources
  • Deploy new macOS hardware to existing users
  • Participate in technology onboarding of new hires
  • Continually look for ways to improve one’s skill set to provide the best customer service

 Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience providing break/fix support on macOS hardware/software
  • Outstanding customer service mindset, communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Jamf Cloud
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, VSphere, Veeam and Backblaze a plus
