Assistant Account Executive

We’re looking for an assistant Account Executive to join our growing and dynamic Business Leadership team. The assistant supports the Business Leadership team in directing and coordinating assigned projects and is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work.


  • Supports all aspects of the client program -- facilitates communications, opens projects, maintains project schedules, updates status reports, participates in status meetings and issues call reports, ensures internal deliverables are being met, reviews and provide input on materials before being sent to the client to ensure client's marketing objectives are being met, accepts and distributes client changes to the internal team.
  • Supports day-to-day budget management and reports
  • Gets under the skin of a client’s business to be a part of helping achieve their goals 
  • Keeps in-depth insights of the client's business, specific product/service, and competition top of mind and makes adjustments accordingly during campaigns
  • Understanding all activity needs to drive a result
  • Collaborates with each department effectively toward a common goal of delivering ground-breaking, results-driven creative
  • Leverages industry insights to educate the greater team and to bring creative ideas and solutions to life
  • Accountable for quality control on all assignments
  • Self-starter, very detailed oriented, and has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and quickly process information
  • Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in account management/business leadership preferred
  • Experience managing a variety of integrated projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively under high-pressure situations
