Overview:

  • Use of project management methodologies and best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Partnership with senior business leadership responsible and accountable for management of client strategic direction, project implementation, account profitability and growth, and client relationship management.
  • Senior lead  with one or more major client accounts
  • Senior lead who partners with his/her manager to optimize agency profitability and team efficiency, while exceeding client expectations and delivering the highest quality work

Key Knowledge:

  1. Thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical application of project management
  2. Has an advanced understanding of the client’s product/service, market and competition
  3. Has an advanced understanding of agency departments/capabilities and applicable process/systems
  4. Has an advanced understanding of the communications planning process including strategy development, media planning, creative process and production/execution
  5. Has an advanced understanding of individual project budgets and financials
  6. Has an advanced understanding of overall account P&L
