  • Use of project management methodologies and best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Partnership with senior business leadership responsible and accountable for management of client strategic direction, project implementation, account profitability and growth, and client relationship management.
  • Senior lead  with one or more major client accounts
  • Senior lead who partners with his/her manager to optimize agency profitability and team efficiency, while exceeding client expectations and delivering the highest quality work
