Job Description

A&G is looking for a Manager, Business Leadership to join an entrepreneurial, curious, collaborative, agile, and results focused team. The Manager position runs the day-to-day management of our clients marketing plan including managing recommendations, execution of projects in partnership with project management, as well as managing account budgets. 

Responsibilities:

Supports all aspects of the client program -- facilitates communications, opens projects, maintains project schedules, updates status reports, participates in status meetings and issues call reports, ensures internal deliverables are being met, reviews and provides input on materials before being sent to client to ensure client's marketing objectives are being met, accepts and distributes client changes to internal team.

Supports day-to-day budget management and reports

Gets under the skin of a client’s business and be a part of helping achieve their goals

Keeps in-depth insights of the clients business, specific product/service and competition top of mind and makes adjustments accordingly during campaigns

Understands all activity needs to drive a result

Collaborates with each department effectively toward a common goal of delivering ground-breaking, results-driven creative

Leverages industry insights to educate the greater team and to bring creative ideas and solutions to life

Accountable for quality control on all assignments

Self starter, very detailed oriented and has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and quickly process information

Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

In addition to the core account responsibilities, the Manager is expected to take part in other functions such as new business pitches and ad hoc projects. This role is a step toward future leadership within the team and the agency overall.

Requirements:

2 years of experience, previous agency experience is preferred but not required

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with emerging marketing channels including social media and mobile

Excellent organizational and collaboration skills

Influential communication skills (including presentation skills)
