Allen & Gerritsen Promotes Leaders in Analytics and Strategy
Agency elevates Darshan Sampathu to EVP, Analytics and Lyndsey Fox to VP, Strategy; Sampathu also joins agency’s executive leadership team
BOSTON--January 13, 2020--Advertising agency Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) announced today that it has promoted Darshan Sampathu, the leader of the agency’s analytics practice, to the role of executive vice president (EVP). Along with this promotion, Sampathu will join A&G’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to agency CEO Andrew Graff. The agency also announced it has promoted Lyndsey Fox to vice president, strategy.
Sampathu is a nine-year veteran of A&G, originally joining the agency as a manager on the analytics team. He has consistently risen through the ranks--also serving as an associate director, director, vice president and senior vice president prior to his elevation to EVP. Along the way, Sampathu has defined the “A&G way” for analytics, establishing the practice as a provider of strategic insights across the marketing ecosystem that define and measure how marketing influences clients’ bottom lines.
Fox joined A&G in 2018 and quickly proved herself as a dynamic and innovative strategist. She has played the role of lead strategist on A&G’s work for clients including Comcast, Sunoco, Susquehanna International Group and the Boston Foundation.

Prior to his tenure at A&G, Sampathu held roles at Arnold Worldwide, MRM Worldwide and Kantar. He earned both an M.S. and an MBA from Boston University, and holds a B.A in economics from Rutgers University.
Fox joined A&G from Francis Ford Coppola Presents where she worked in brand marketing within its wine portfolio. Earlier in her career, Fox worked in planning and production at The VIA Agency in Portland, Maine. She graduated with a B.A in English from Suffolk University.
