As an agency, we’re focused on promoting diversity and inclusion. We’re supporters of the 3% movement. And, we’re so proud to boast a fearless chief creative officer who happens to be a woman. So, when we learned about Free the Bid, an initiative aiming to guarantee women directors the same opportunity as men to bid on commercial advertising jobs, we were eager to immediately throw our support behind the cause.
Here’s how it works:
We pledge to have a female director option every time we triple-bid a production for a client.
Once we receive the bid, we’ll recommend the best person for the job, man or woman.
The goal is to literally “free the bid” and to continue to encourage and foster diversity of all forms within advertising.
