Innovation is alive at Campbell. The same can be said for A&G. When they came calling for help with their latest challenge, our Labs team was all ears.
One that Campbell had a desire to make smarter, sexier, and more engaging. Even better? They wanted to work with us every step of the way to meet that goal.
Together, we decided we’d turn the vending machine into an interactive quiz game, built to surprise and delight Campbell employees in their World Headquarters.
We completely overhauled the machine’s working parts and decided to give it a personality of its own. With that, Snackbot – half sassy robot, half vending machine – was born.
Snackbot was designed to test the famed soup company’s employees on all things Campbell. The result? Engagement with more than one third of all Campbell employees and over 1,000 prizes dispensed in the first 90 days alone.
