Quality Above All Else

Dietz & Watson is a fourth generation, family-owned company that’s been making premium meats and artisan cheeses since 1939. It’s the personal care and attention to detail – bordering on obsession – that goes into the quality of their product and distinguishes Dietz from other brands. Their personal motto is: “If it isn’t good enough for our family table, it isn’t good enough for yours”, an ethos that extends to thousands of Dietz employees, wholesalers, distributors and retailers. And one that emotionally connects to, and translates with consumers.

Real People Real Food

When positioning Dietz & Watson for a national audience, we tapped into the brand’s biggest differentiator—family. This gave us the opportunity to showcase Dietz’s values, process, and products in a way that elevates the brand beyond “deli.”

Friendsgiving

Nothing brings family together around the holidays like food. And for Dietz & Watson, who considers their employees, partners, and friends as family, we knew Friendsgiving was a valuable opportunity to offer our perspective and hosting advice. Stop-motion table settings populated Dietz’s social channels and sparked foodies to host their own celebrations with friends who have become family.

Culinary Experiences

From a cross country food tour to a Pop Up Beer Garden to a Head of the Charles event, we’ve taken Dietz everywhere. Allowing fans all across the country to engage with the food, meet the Dietz family, and build an authentic connection with the brand.
