Making a robot less robotic

Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, Jibo was faced with fierce competition from a constantly evolving market of personal assistants, home robots, and smart speakers. We needed to create a strong brand message to help raise awareness about the product and separate the social robot from the pack. How did we do this? By announcing that the future had finally arrived and then letting Jibo be his charming self.
