For the second consecutive year, Allen & Gerritsen (a&g) has been ranked number one by Advertising Age as its “Best Place to Work in Marketing and Media” in the United States.
The announcement comes on the heels of a terrific 2011, in which Allen & Gerritsen racked up three “Best Places” awards, including top-5 finishes in both the Boston Business Journal and Boston Globe surveys in addition to AdAge’s recognition. This repeat validation is indicative of the innovative and dynamic corporate culture that CEO Andrew Graff has created at a&g.

AdAge’s list of Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media compiled the results of more than 15,000 employer and employee surveys from more than 180 companies across the country to determine the top companies.

Allen & Gerritsen is entering the final stages of its planned move into Boston’s Innovation district in the summer of 2012, and is projected to add between 20-30 new employees, and build on its strengths as an independent advertising agency for the next generation of marketing.
